Lesson are based on the Edexcel specification: AS 8PH0 and A level 9PH0
Our teachers understand that the step up from GCSE to AS or A level can be daunting, and go the extra mile to support and encourage you all the way.
Acceptance on the Course is conditional on you having achieved a high grade in GCSE Physics and showing enthusiasm. You are given an assessment prior to joining to determine your ability and suitability for the course. You must demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving success. The examination consists of two papers:
AS Paper 1 8PH0
AS Paper 2 8PH0/2
A level Physics
In addition to all of the topics covered in AS, the A-level Physics syllabus requires an in-depth application of these concepts. The A level Physics examination consists of 3 papers:
A level Paper 1 9PH0
A level Paper 2 9PH0
A level Paper 3 9 PH0
The specifications for AS and A level physics can be downloaded from www.edexcel.org.uk.

At the time my daughter started Summit, her confidence in her academic ability was low. The teachers at Summit Saturday School have helped her raise her confidence by supporting her in every possible way.
I feel good about coming to Summit on Saturday morning. I would come anyway because it improves me and it’s sort of fun.
My impression of Summit is that it has certainly helped Ashwin considerably in his mathematics and non-verbal reasoning. Basically what he was missing he has gained in techniques to solve complex problems.
